SEEDS OF WISDOM: Connecting the Neighborhood of Morgenstond through nature and to each other.
Our goal is to strengthen community ties in Morgenstond through shared stories, cultural exchange, and nature-related activities.
Inspired by residents’ experiences with gardening, heritage plants, and the joy of growing and harvesting together, we organize small, accessible events that bring people into connection. We collect and share personal stories linked to plants and traditions, and together we build a network where knowledge and practices can continue to flow between neighbors.
We want to build a lively network where stories, seeds, recipes, and skills are shared freely. Together, we can enjoy more cross-cultural activities, like herbal workshops, seed swaps, and seasonal celebrations, while using a simple platform to stay connected—both online and in person. By welcoming local partners such as schools, community centers, and green initiatives, we hope to strengthen neighborhood connections and create a space where everyone can learn, share, and grow together.
Seeds of Wisdom is a project developed by Anne van Strien & Daniela Tokashiki, in collaboration with Innovatielab, Haag Wonen, Staedion, Hof Wonen & the Municipality of Den Haag.
